Resources on linkage to HIV treatment, care and support
Significant gaps in linking people to HIV care, treatment and support following a diagnosis continue to exist in Canada. Addressing these gaps is crucial for improving health outcomes and reducing HIV transmission. Evidence-informed programs and practices could help to shrink this gap and enhance linkage to HIV treatment and care in populations most impacted by HIV.
