Safer substance use video series
There are proven ways to reduce the risk of infection and overdose when people use drugs. Service providers can support people who use drugs to protect themselves and each other by providing education on safer injection, smoking and snorting practices.
These videos illustrate and explain safer use practices that can prevent transmission of infections like HIV and hepatitis C, bacterial infections, tissue damage, overdose and other harms. They are intended for healthcare and social service providers and adults who use drugs.
