National findings from the Tracks survey of people who inject drugs in Canada, Phase 4, 2017–2019
The objective of this report is to present national surveillance findings from Phase 4 of the Tracks survey of people who inject drugs in Canada (formerly I-Track), conducted between January 1, 2017 and May 9, 2019, at participating sentinel sites in Canada.
