Presented in partnership with COCQ-SIDA.
This webinar is in French only.
This information session explores the link between human papillomavirus (HPV) and increased risk of anal cancer, particularly among men living with HIV, as well as gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men. Through case studies, program examples and current research evidence the session highlights strategies to improve access to screening.
Anal cancer is one of the most common cancers among men living with HIV, and the majority of cases are caused by certain types of HPV. While vaccination, screening and early detection are essential strategies for reducing risk, many people face significant access barriers.
