Reaching the Undiagnosed: HIV and HCV Point-of-Care Testing in Canada - technologies and community programs

Webinar series title:
Reaching the Undiagnosed
Event Date:
November 20 2017, 12:00 pm EST

As part of a national effort to reach Canadians living with undiagnosed HIV, hepatitis C and other sexually transmitted infections, the National Collaborating Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCCID), CATIE, and the CIHR Centre for REACH 2.0 joined forces to share promising practices for improved testing and linkage services in Canada.

About the webinar series

Testing and linkage services are a gateway to prevention, treatment and care. These services are also a part of an effective strategy to address HIV, hepatitis C and other STIs in Canada. To further improve our efforts to reach the right people, at the right time, at the right place, with the most effective testing programs, we need to explore innovative ways to expand testing opportunities for those who would most benefit and those who have been left behind by existing strategies.
