Hepatitis C is now effectively a curable virus with the potential for eradication. What are the remaining gaps to achieving this goal? Join us for a spotlight on important issues and cutting- edge research coming out of the 6th Canadian Symposium on Hepatitis C Virus. The theme of this year’s conference is “Delivering a cure for Hepatitis C Infection: What are the Remaining Gaps?” This webinar will focus on key research and the implications for frontline practice. This webinar will highlight community perspectives from the conference and identify key research that has important implications for frontline practice. 

Topics will include: 

  • new information related to re-infection in people who use drugs
  • novel approaches in rural and remote communities
  • the latest in upcoming HCV testing technologies.

A French version of this webinar will follow at a date to be confirmed, pulling out specific themes and outcomes from the Symposium as they relate to the Quebec region.
